Hallelujah Adams, LMFT, Certified EFT Therapist

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and have spent years working alongside community organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Seneca Family of Agencies, supporting adoptive and foster youth and their families.

Today, I’m the founder of Revive Then Thrive, a fully remote telehealth practice serving individuals, couples, and families in California and Wisconsin. I’m a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for individuals, couples, and families, and previously assisted with advanced EFT trainings through the Emotionally Focused Therapy Center of Los Angeles (EFTCLA).

In addition to clinical work, I host The Revive Then Thrive Podcast, lead trainings, consultations, and clinical supervision for clinicians and PMHNPs, and partner with organizations seeking to strengthen emotional and relational health in their workplaces and communities.

I’m deeply passionate about emotional, relational, and intergenerational healing—and I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
